Are you ready for an Idaho whitewater bluegrass adventure! We have been trying to put this together for a bit... we wanted to combine the best whitewater, little bluegrass, some camping on the river with our buds and see what happens. You can't raft and party if you don't raft and party! Working with our buddy Tyson Sibbett and the fine folks at Payette River Company, we have finally made it happen! Make the plans... let's do it! We'll head straight to the river from Payette River Company's HQ when you arrive at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday August 17th. The Canyon section of the South Fork Payette boasts some of the best whitewater in Idaho, with 25 class III/IV rapids and a portage around a waterfall. You'll enjoy lunch on-river, Pine Flats hotsprings along the way and a jump rock. After your river trip, our PRC staff will escort you to camp. Your cars will be parked 350 ft above camp. At this time, gather your belongings out of your car and walk down to PRC little piece of paradise. They will serve appetizers, dinner and dessert. High Pine will serve up a little bluegrass picking of our favorite tunes and hang for the night! After breakfast the next morning, you can gather your belongings and head up to your cars around 10:00. Cost is $270 per person, plus some tax.
